FACEBOOK FANS' ALL-TIME BARCLAYS PREMIER LEAGUE XI

Recently, Facebook fans of Barclays Football (including myself) voted on the best player ever in the Premier League for each position.
The Great Dane, Peter Schmeichel helped Manchester United reach their first Treble ever in 1999.
Former teammate of Schmeichel, captain of Manchester United Gary Neville gets his spot as best right-back.
John Terry is definitely not crying because he was voted top centreback. An iconic picture as JT bawls out after slipping away a penalty kick that could have won him the Champions League title.
JT joins Tony Adams, formerly of Arsenal in an all time Premier League centreback partnership.
Frenchman Patrice Evra beat out Ashley Cole for a spot as best left back.
Nowadays, left winger Ryan Giggs has less chest hair. Giggsy couldn't help it when he scored a brilliant solo effort against Arsenal in an 1999 FA Cup replay. With a majestic left foot, Sir Ryan could make a movie with the title " The Curious Case of Ryan Giggs" as he grows younger every season. Giggs is the only person to ever score in EVERY Premier League season so far.
"He Score's GOALS, SCHOLES"
Giggsy's friend since their days in the youth system at United , central midfielder Paul Scholes who is also like a bottle of wine as Ryan Giggs.
Another great central midfielder, , Steven Gerrard. A scouser with a passion for his club, Stevie G is a true Liverpudlian captain.
There is only one David Beckham. Becks scores from free kicks and corner kicks. He achieved a lot with Manchester United, the club he supported as a kid like in 1999 when he won the Treble with United.
Frenchman Thierry Henry may now be known as a handballer but one cannot deny his talent. He scored, scored, scored and scored. Won awards but sadly went to Barcelona.
Le Roi, Monsieur Eric Cantona was also voted greatest striker. An enigma with wonderful quotes and shocking moments in his career (yes, THAT one at Crystal Palace), Cantona is still greatly admired by United fans and neutrals alike.
AND THE MANAGER:

Sir Alex Ferguson has won everything. Countless league titles, FA Cups, League Cups, European Cups, Club World Cup.. (i think you get it). 1999 was the highlight of Fergie's career as he lead Man United to their first Treble ever.

Latest Footie News....

The uncertainty surrounding the future ownership of Liverpool has continued after Hong Kong businessman Kenny Huang pulled out of the race to buy the Premier League club. No more value in the club??
"It kills all speculation", said Fergie after United's official site announced that Nemanja Vidic, "The Sexy Broken Nose Robot" has signed a contract extension till 2014. I can hear the sobs from Madrid.

Patrice Evra says the you don't need to be a bodybuilder to be a footballer. But a couple of abs won't be bad either.

Patrice Evra kissed by a Blonde! Caught on CCTV

I know it doesn't look like Patrice but remember, it was a peck on the cheek.
Patrice leaving the hotel with the the unidentified blonde.

P.S: If any of you guys don't know, Patrice is FRENCH! Its French tradition to kiss each other on the cheek as a form of friendship. Even French guys do that even if they're not gay.

United Boys In International Friendly Action!

Rooney chatted up with John Terry, axed former England captain before kick-off at Wembley when the Lions faced Egypt. ( i never wrote something this diplomatic and off-the-newspaper ish before)

Wes Brown also started!
Carrick came as a substitute and provide the goals for England and his thigh for viewing pleasure!
Patrice Evra had a "friendly" chat with Premier League rival Arsenal's skipper Cesc Fabregas with Yoann Gourcuff holding him back and David Villa barging through only to have their side lose 2-0 at home to Spain.
Scotland skipper Darren Fletcher helped his side win 1-0 against Czech Republic
Nani was also involved when Portugal beat China 3-0
I know this is UNITED Boys Only but CR gives us a nice view!
Park Ji-Sung made my day when South Korea won over Didier Drogba's Ivory Coast. I wonder which is the source of the pain, his leg or the Ivory Coast dude's leg.
