Manchester United suffered a devastating loss to Chelsea at Old Trafford after Joe Cole and substitute Didier Drogba scored one each with Frederico Macheda scoring a consolation goal. Drogba was clearly offside and Macheda clearly handled the ball to be fair. As a United fan, we deserve to lose. Wayne Rooney was there to watch the first United game without him and cameras showed him leaving the stadium at the 88th minute knowing it was too late. Chelsea now lead United by two points at the top of the table.
Joe Cole scored the opening goal at the 20th minute and impressed his maybe future employers due contractual problems with Chelsea.
