Day of Shocks and Suprises!

Today has been a shocking day in the Barclays Premier League. Let me discuss about the big games.

Everton 2-1 Chelsea

Aston Villa 1-1 Manchester United

Arsenal 1-0 Liverpool

West Ham 2-0 Birmingham

Wolverhampton 1-0 Tottenham Hotspurs

Okay...all I can say is WTF? Okay, i am not that suprised but come one!

Manchester United have closed the gap on leaders Chelsea by one point. Aston Villa were over the moon when Carlos Cuellar scored the first goal. Not soon after, there were crushed when James Collins scored an own goal with Ryan Giggs contributing that goal. But sadly, Nani was shown the red after a tackle went wrong with Villa skipper Stiliyan Petrov.

Chelsea! HAHA! Take that! Louis Saha did his former employers a huge favour as he stunned the Blues with a double. Florent Malouda did score a goal to make sure Chelsea did not walk away with humiliation from Goodison Park.

West Ham United climbed out of the relegation zone after defeating the once “UNBEATABLES” of this season after A goal in each half from Alessandro Diamanti and Carlton Cole secured their first win under new owners David Sullivan and David Gold

Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Wolverhampton Wanderers secured a huge victory at home to Tottenham Hotspur. Midfielder David Jones' first league goal of the season gave Wolves a vital three points in their bid to stay up.

Arsenal made sure Liverpool did not have their way to third place when Abou Diaby scored the only goal of the match. Well at least, Arsene Wenger made sure his team did not suffer another defeat to a Big Four Club. Liverpool had plenty of possession but lacked a cutting edge in attack. The closest they came to scoring was with five minutes remaining when Ryan Babel's powerful 25-yard drive was superbly tipped onto the bar by Manuel Almunia.
